Which AI assistants does Deb work with?
Claude on any plan. The Free plan allows one custom connector. ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web. Other ChatGPT plans don't currently support connectors that can send messages.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 1-month free trial of Pro. We ask for a card at signup. On day 30 your trial becomes a paid Pro plan unless you switch to Basic or cancel first, and we remind you before it ends. If you sign up while founding places are available, your trial continues at the founding rate.
Do I need my own Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Yes. Deb's price covers Deb only. You use your existing Claude or ChatGPT account.
Will Deb send anything without asking me?
Deb tells your assistant to show you the full draft and wait for your OK before sending. Scheduled messages can be cancelled until they go out. Messages that have been sent can't be recalled.
Can using Deb affect my LinkedIn or WhatsApp account?
LinkedIn and WhatsApp set their own rules for third-party tools and can restrict accounts that send too much, too fast. Deb tracks your daily pace and tells you when you reach it, but you are responsible for how you use your accounts. See our Acceptable use policy.
Can I connect more than one account?
Yes. Connect LinkedIn and WhatsApp plus several Gmail and Outlook accounts. Your plan sets how many, and you can add more any time.
What does Deb store?
Only what it needs to work: your account and connections, drafts and scheduled messages (encrypted), short-lived uploads, activity logs and billing records. Messages, email, calendar and files are read from your accounts when your assistant asks, and Deb doesn't keep a copy. See what Deb stores and our Privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
